Where possible, we also make considerate choices about packaging and delivery, so your order is kind to both you and the planet.


UK Delivery Options

Free Standard Delivery

  • Free standard delivery on all orders over £90

  • Delivered within 2–3 working days

Your order will be dispatched using a reliable standard service and will usually arrive Monday to Saturday (excluding bank holidays).


Standard Delivery (orders under £90)

  • For orders under £90, standard delivery is £5.99

  • Typically arrives within 2–3 working days

This option will appear automatically at checkout if your basket total is under £90.


Next-Day & Named-Day Delivery

Need your order to arrive on a specific day?

  • Next-day delivery and named-day delivery options are available on eligible orders

  • Delivery charges for these services will be clearly shown at checkout

  • Perfect for gifts, special occasions, or when you just don’t want to wait!

We’ll display all available dates and services at checkout so you can choose what works best for you.


Weekend Delivery

Where available, you can also choose:

  • Saturday delivery

If weekend options are available for your postcode, you’ll see them at checkout along with the relevant delivery cost.


Orders Containing Cheese (Perishable Items)

If your order contains cheese or other perishable items:

  • We will send your order using a next-day delivery service to ensure maximum freshness.

  • We recommend notifying the recipient that a parcel is on the way so it can be brought indoors promptly.

  • Our waxed cheeses can last up to 5 days unrefrigerated, but they should be refrigerated upon arrival to maintain quality and flavour.

This ensures your perishable items arrive in the best possible condition.

At checkout, you’ll be able to:

  • See the earliest available delivery date

  • Choose a preferred delivery date from the options shown

We will always aim to deliver on your chosen date. Occasionally, delays may occur due to factors outside our control (e.g., courier issues, extreme weather, or peak seasonal demand), but we will keep you updated wherever possible.


Order Updates & Support

Once your order has been dispatched, you will receive a confirmation email and, where available, tracking information.

If you have any questions or your order hasn’t arrived when expected, please contact our customer care team and we’ll be happy to help.


Returns & Refunds

Due to the perishable nature of our food hampers, we’re unable to accept returns or exchanges.
All sales are final.

If your hamper arrives damaged, incorrect, or missing items, please contact us within 48 hours at hello@luxuryfoodiehampers.co.uk and our team will resolve the issue promptly.

Shipping Policy

We offer fast, reliable delivery across the UK.

  • Dispatch time: Orders are typically dispatched within 1–2 business days.

  • Delivery timeframe: Standard delivery is usually 1–3 business days depending on your location and courier service.

  • Shipping fees: Free or flat-rate shipping options are available at checkout.

  • Tracking: When available, a tracking link will be provided in your dispatch confirmation email.

Once your order has shipped, it’s in the hands of our trusted courier partners.
We’ll always keep you updated and provide support if any unexpected delays occur.

Delivery & Shipping

You’ll receive an email notification when your hamper has been dispatched and again once it’s been delivered.

Your “Your hamper is on its way!” dispatch email will include tracking information so you can follow your order’s progress. This email is sent as soon as your hamper has been handed over to our approved courier.

If you’ve created an account with us, you can also track your order directly from your account dashboard.

Before contacting us, please check your email spam or junk folder, or confirm with the recipient to see if they’ve already received their hamper — occasionally, an incorrect email address entered at checkout can prevent notifications from being delivered.

UK delivery is free on orders over £90 and typically takes 2–3 working days, though delivery times may be longer during busy periods.

If you’ve ordered more than one hamper, please note they may arrive in separate deliveries.

Yes. Once your order has been dispatched, you’ll receive an email titled “Your hamper is on its way!”containing your tracking information. You can also track your order through your account if you’ve created one.

If no one is available to receive the delivery, our couriers will try to leave the parcel with a neighbour or in a safe place (if appropriate). If this isn’t possible, a second and third delivery attempt will be made, and the recipient will receive a notification with next steps.

If all attempts are unsuccessful, the parcel will be returned to us, and a redelivery fee may apply.

During checkout, you can include the recipient’s mobile number so they receive text updates with delivery times and notifications, helping to ensure they’re home when it arrives. If you’d like to keep the gift a surprise, you can enter your own mobile number instead.

At checkout, you can choose from Standard Delivery, Christmas Delivery or Express Delivery at checkout.

Standard Delivery does not guarantee a specific delivery date but is dispatched using a next-day delivery service.

For Free Christmas Delivery, we’ll reserve your hamper and secure a delivery slot to ensure it arrives before Christmas (please note, specific dates cannot be guaranteed).

We always prepare and dispatch your order to arrive on your requested date, but on rare occasions, it may be delivered a day earlier or later due to factors beyond our control.

If your order must arrive by a specific date, we recommend selecting a delivery date one day earlier to allow for any unforeseen delays—or if the recipient may not be home to receive it. After all, we know surprises aren’t always easy to coordinate!

If your hamper arrives damaged or an item is missing, please contact us at hello@luxuryfoodiehamper.co.uk. Be sure to include your order number and a photo of the damage so we can resolve the issue as quickly as possible.


If you haven’t yet received your hamper and would like to check on its progress, feel free to email us — we’ll be happy to provide an update on your delivery status.

Sending A Gift

Yes! Simply enter the recipient’s name and delivery address at checkout, and we’ll send your gift straight to them.

No — we never include invoices or pricing details in our hampers, so your gift remains completely discreet.

During checkout, you’ll see a box where you can add your personal gift message for free. Your message will be printed on a plain gift card and placed inside the box, so it remains private and only seen by the recipient.

Yes! If you’d like to keep your gift a surprise, you can enter your own email and mobile number instead of the recipient’s. This way, they won’t receive any delivery notifications in advance.
