Delivery Information
You’ll receive an email notification when your hamper has been dispatched and again once it’s been delivered.
Your “Your hamper is on its way!” dispatch email will include tracking information so you can follow your order’s progress. This email is sent as soon as your hamper has been handed over to our approved courier.
If you’ve created an account with us, you can also track your order directly from your account dashboard.
Before contacting us, please check your email spam or junk folder, or confirm with the recipient to see if they’ve already received their hamper — occasionally, an incorrect email address entered at checkout can prevent notifications from being delivered.
UK delivery is free on orders over £90 and typically takes 2–3 working days, though delivery times may be longer during busy periods.
If you’ve ordered more than one hamper, please note they may arrive in separate deliveries.
Yes. Once your order has been dispatched, you’ll receive an email titled “Your hamper is on its way!” containing your tracking information. You can also track your order through your account if you’ve created one.
If no one is available to receive the delivery, our couriers will try to leave the parcel with a neighbour or in a safe place (if appropriate). If this isn’t possible, a second and third delivery attempt will be made, and the recipient will receive a notification with next steps.
If all attempts are unsuccessful, the parcel will be returned to us, and a redelivery fee may apply.
During checkout, you can include the recipient’s mobile number so they receive text updates with delivery times and notifications, helping to ensure they’re home when it arrives. If you’d like to keep the gift a surprise, you can enter your own mobile number instead.
At checkout, you can choose from Standard Delivery, Christmas Delivery (available from November to December), or one of our Premium Delivery upgrades.
Standard Delivery does not guarantee a specific delivery date but is dispatched using a next-day delivery service.
For Free Christmas Delivery, we’ll reserve your hamper and secure a delivery slot to ensure it arrives before Christmas (please note, specific dates cannot be guaranteed).
We always prepare and dispatch your order to arrive on your requested date, but on rare occasions, it may be delivered a day earlier or later due to factors beyond our control.
If your order must arrive by a specific date, we recommend selecting a delivery date one day earlier to allow for any unforeseen delays—or if the recipient may not be home to receive it. After all, we know surprises aren’t always easy to coordinate!
f your hamper arrives damaged or an item is missing, please contact us at hello@luxuryfoodiehamper.co.uk. Be sure to include your order number and a photo of the damage so we can resolve the issue as quickly as possible.
If you haven’t yet received your hamper and would like to check on its progress, feel free to email us — we’ll be happy to provide an update on your delivery status.
Sending A Gift
Yes! Simply enter the recipient’s name and delivery address at checkout, and we’ll send your gift straight to them.
No — we never include invoices or pricing details in our hampers, so your gift remains completely discreet.
During checkout, you’ll see a box where you can add your personal gift message for free. Your message will be printed on a plain gift card and placed inside the box, so it remains private and only seen by the recipient.

Yes! If you’d like to keep your gift a surprise, you can enter your own email and mobile number instead of the recipient’s. This way, they won’t receive any delivery notifications in advance.
You can select your preferred delivery day during checkout. While we always aim to deliver on that date, please allow for possible delays due to courier or weather conditions.
If you provide their mobile number, they’ll receive text updates from the courier with delivery details. Otherwise, all notifications will come to you.
Yes — you’ll need to place separate orders for each delivery address to ensure each gift arrives safely and correctly. If you're placing multiple orders and need help please reach out to us at hello@luxuryfoodiehampers.co.uk and we can send you over an invoice.
For hampers that include cheese, we recommend letting the recipient know that a parcel is on the way to ensure it’s brought inside promptly. While our waxed cheeses can last up to 5 days unrefrigerated, they should be stored in the fridge upon arrival to maintain freshness.
